If you register on our website, we store your chosen username and your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. PURCHASE DATA

To receive product support, you have to have one or more Envato/AncoraThemes purchase codes on our website. These purchase codes will be stored together with support expiration dates and your user data. This is required for us to provide you with downloads, product support and other customer services.

SUPPORT DATA

If you have registered on our website and have a valid support account, you can submit support tickets for assistance. Support form submissions are sent to our third party Ticksy ticketing system. ENVATO PTY LTD

For the purpose of validating and getting your purchase information regarding licenses for our theme, we send your provided tokens and purchase keys to Envato Pty Ltd and use the response from their API to register your validated support data. TICKSY

Ticksy provides the support ticketing platform we use to handle support requests. The data they receive is limited to the data you explicitly provide and consent to being set when you create a support ticket. 7. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

When you submit a support ticket or a comment, its metadata is retained until (if) you tell us to remove it. We use this data so that we can recognize you and approve your comments automatically instead of holding them for moderation.

If you register on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. You can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time (except changing your username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

Poderá chegar a Sagres de carro ou de autocarro. Pode alugar um carro no aeroporto de Faro ou de Lisboa, ou pode apanhar um autocarro através da Rede Expressos (http://www.rede-expressos.pt/) em qualquer cidade durante o verão. Desde 2005, já observámos 15 espécies diferentes de cetáceos em Sagres. As espécies de golfinhos mais observadas são o Golfinho-comum, o Golfinho-roaz, o Boto e o Grampo. A baleia mais observada é a Baleia-anã. O inverno é a estação em que registamos menos avistamentos, aumentando gradualmente para um pico no Verão/Outono.

Não podemos garantir a observação de espécies marinhas: partimos em busca de animais selvagens no seu habitat natural! No entanto, a nossa taxa de sucesso é muito elevada. Podemos sim é garantir o nosso empenho em encontrá-los!

Os golfinhos que observamos são animais selvagens e livres, e podemos encontrá-los em qualquer altura do dia. No entanto, as condições de mar são factores determinantes na procura e observação dos animais: com o ventos de quadrante norte as manhãs costumam ser mais calmas e com ventos de quadrante sul as tardes costumam ser mais tranquilas. Peça a nossa opinião.

Nas viagens de observação de golfinhos, observação de aves e viagens costeiras, usamos semi-rígidos com 7.5m de comprimento, equipados com motores Honda 250Cv de última geração a 4 tempos, com eficiência de consumo melhorada e emissões reduzidas. Os barcos têm uma lotação para 12 passageiros e mais 2 tripulantes. Os bancos são estilo jockey, como se estivesse a andar num cavalo.

Para viagens personalizadas, utilizamos um iate de 13m, com salão, cabine, cozinha, casa de banho e deck exterior, com lotação de 12 passageiros mais 2 tripulantes.

Sim, em todas as viagens estará presente um membro da nossa equipa de guias.

Apesar de não haver restrições legais, a idade mínima recomendada é de 3 anos para os passeios nos semi-rígidos. No entanto, se quiser trazer uma criança mais pequena, peça a nossa opinião, pois está dependente das condições do mar. Para o Iate não temos restrições de idade.

Sim, as crianças pagam um preço reduzido, até aos 14 anos, inclusive.

Se você precisar de assistência e / ou quiser conversar conosco, recomendamos que você ligue ou vá ao nosso escritório no porto da Baleeira, em Sagres.

Apesar de não haver restrições legais, normalmente não aconselhamos grávidas nos primeiro e último trimestres a embarcar. No entanto, se tem uma gravidez saudável e as condições de mar estiverem favoráveis, poderá participar na atividade. Recomendamos que nos informe no ato da reserva e peça a nossa opinião.

Deve trazer sempre roupa confortável e prática. No Verão pode usar calções, chinelos, t-shirt e uma camisola de manga comprida. Mesmo em dias quentes por vezes pode ser um pouco frio lá fora dada a velocidade do barco.

No inverno faz mais frio, pelo que aconselhamos o uso de calças e um casaco mais quente.

Pode (e deve!) levar a máquina fotográfica, e recomendamos que leve também uma mala para a proteger de eventuais salpicos, uma vez que o nosso seguro de passageiros não cobre máquinas fotográficas. Pode também levar uma pequena mochila/saco. Recomendamos o uso de protector solar e de um cantil com água.


É raro alguém enjoar nos nossos semi-rígidos uma vez que são baixos e se movem rapidamente, mas pode acontecer às pessoas mais sensíveis e de acordo com condições de mar específicas. Já no nosso iate, com certa ondulação pode ser mais propenso a tal acontecer, no entanto esta embarcação oferece mais condições no caso da pessoa enjoar. Se costuma enjoar sugerimos que coma uma refeição leve (sem lacticínios) antes e que traga umas bolachas secas e uma bebida com gás. Em alternativa as farmácias vendem comprimidos que pode tomar antes da viagem.

Poderá mergulhar (DiversCape), caminhar (Walkin’Sagres), surfar (International Surf School, Algarve Surf School), andar a Cavalo (Equivicentinus), fazer paddle surf (Coastline Sagres), kayak (Sea Kayaking Sagres), visitar as praias (Martinhal, Tonel, Mareta, Beliche, entre outras), ver o Pôr-do-sol no Cabo de S. Vicente, visitar a Fortaleza de Sagres, ou assistir ao leilão da lota no porto de Sagres todas as tardes pelas 15h (excepto domingos e feriados).

Não é possível tocar nos golfinhos. Não sabemos que tipo de doenças, stress ou outros impactos negativos poderemos causar nos golfinhos.

Em Portugal Continental é proibido por lei nadar com golfinhos selvagens. Se quiser poderá fazê-lo nas ilhas da Madeira ou Açores.

Sim, também providenciamos viagens privadas com tripulação (apenas). Pode escolher uma viagem privada a bordo dos nossos semi-rígidos com um dos programas já existentes ou criar o seu programa ao utilizar o nosso iate. Os preços variam consoante o tipo de barco, de programa e a sua duração. Pergunte-nos o que melhor se adequa ao que pretende.

Não servimos bebidas nem comida a bordo dos nossos semi-rígidos. Recomendamos que traga o seu cantil com água e algumas bolachas ou fruta, especialmente se trouxer crianças. Ao alugar o nosso Iate, catering pode ser organizado.
